would like to borrow 350k from bank.
what would b my monthly pay back rate?

Still can get BLR-2 now?

Those local bank offer BLR-1.8%. HXXC still provide BLR-2.X%.

Compare also the T&C like penalty if early settlement, lock in period, misc charge, etc.

latest negotiated with lof (for completed prop) b-2.15%, zero entry, 5 yrs lock-in, full-flexi, loan amt 2.55 mil and another couple b-2.30% for 4.20 mil (same borrower wif 2 props).. good luck!
