Hi Sifus,

I bought a property last year and would like to declare my rental. I am just wondering, other than interest on loan, can I also declare SPA+Stamp duty as part of the expenses?

If reno done by Indon that charge RM80 a day, without proper receipt, macam mana nak claim ya?

If buy second hand furniture with no proof of purchase macam mana nak claim?

Charge higher rental because to pay for Astro, can claim too?

If I do reno to upgrade the house to fetch better rental, consider capital injection or expense incurred? tax deductible to knock off rental also?

Need to read more "how to become super landlord books" for this noobish newbie... meantime, taikors and taiches can shine some lights.

cheers...

in such instances, the following theory will apply :-

'Whatever u do is also correct, so long as u dont get caught'
