..wanted to start this thread so we can share good lawyer experiences we have come across , then others also can use as well as bad lawyer experiences, serves as warning for people to b careful!!!
my EXTREMELY bad experience -> Tan Chuan Yong & partners , this fler is based in MidValley, the smal strata offices in between Gardens and MidValley........b careful if u r dealing with this firm!!......super non-responsive!.......one firm which i wish i never engaged!.........  ...avoid this shit law firm at any costs unless u want to automatically develop hypertension during your conveyancing period
for me, my best experience with a legal :-
1) Azam Lim & Pang - ofis at KL Sentral, their quality of work is V good!, and the lawyer usually answers ALL of your concerns and mebbe even other questions

no leh, this is benefit for forumers.............esp sometimes u always hear people ask if got good law firms to rekomen......
but no matter what, stay away from the Tan Chuan Yong shit in Mid Valley...............

Got bad experience too! charge more expensive than other lawyer, no follow up and no feedback, big tai chi master, sour face/black face when seeing you and need to run back to their office few times because keep forget to ask for signatures!
Why i sign up with them....it all started with smile and seem professional until they got ur biz and $$$! If I'm big tycoon, I rather cut my losses and go elsewhere! How I wish I can!
It's run by sistas, next to Atria, DU ......Jac. L.......go figure!
