Is the anyone heard of this condo?
Any idea and comment to provide?
people told me as below:
The Orion Condominium is located in City Centre. Jalan Tun Razak, near to Ampang Park and easy access to KLCC. Very convenience and suitable for all those foreigner and embassy people. Come with full facilities, golf resort, 24 hours tight security, Tropicana design concept, green environment, squash, garden, jogging track, Jacuzzi beside the swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, 2 cover parking lot, similar as a 5 star hotel concept but the unit's price is cheaper than others condominium due to it contains the Extra Facilities. |

Orion condo biggest problem is the access and egress...........take one day off and try to get out of your condo at 8.00 a.m. to go to work and again try to reach home say around 6.00 pm. to your this condo.......

 almost confirmed will be late for work, so must take leave to experiment this issit? haha....  |

If you work in klcc area, you need to make a big U-turn in morning at Bulatan Pahang which approximately 3km (1.5km one way) turn.
If you are not familiar with this strech of road, it can take you easily 20~30minutes just to make this turn... 
In evening no issue on ingress as you can turn to Orion directly from Jln Tun Razak. |

the traffic seems terrible.
How is the rental yeild and rental market there?
What is your suggestion if looking for rental income and little capital appreciation? |
