Appreciate expert's view here.
Looking to invest in Alam Impian.
Recent completion of LKSA seems to bring Federal Highway closer to this place.
Besides, Alam Impian is really near to Kota Kemuning.
This place seems really nice, another award winning township in the making?
It seems I&P houses always appreciate.
But this area seems to be dominated by the Malays? Are Chinese and Indians buying here? And why not? |

Was receiving I&P invitation letter three time so far till today. If it is really good buy, they wont borther to send invitation letter to me.  Just kidding.
Chinese prefer to stay in Kota Kemuning and Indah Residence area mah...
Well, pricing wise, it is not cheap. Well, ntg is cheap now.

but agreed, if given a choice, and prices equal, i would definitely take Kota Kemuning side over Alam Impian anytime......

But Kota Kemuning almost fully developed already. The latest launch being the Lagoon Villas and Lagoon Suites, all fully sold.
Yup, Alam impian going that price now at RM500k for a DSL. Sub sale price.
One thing I don't like about Alam Impian is the toll. Going in and out need to pay a toll. Toll booth is smacked right at Alam Impian entrance!! Walao....it is like, wanna get out from here, pls pay first. |

Yupz. MBSA area, considered min requirement liaw. I went to the site the other day. Right at the entrance, there is this "Tapak Masjid" at the entrance. I wonder whether this place will really "ong" in the future. |

Same applied to Setia Alam, but it does not stop it to sell like a hot cake
