no show room at this stage. Trinity Towers will moved their HQ from Bandar Puteri Puchong to their new shop lot @ The Zest in 2 years time. They claimed that they will be doing display unit there for TypeB only, but after 2 years scratch

For their sales office, it's opposite Giant Bdr Puteri. Very easy to find. call before you go.

no one knows meh?? scratch

donno wor, this is what was being told. actually building the skeleton and slapping on some bricks and plastering, 3 mths more than enough.
also in this situation, C+S contractor will surely bite onto this project when $$ is not an issue. getting CF is another matter. construction in 6mths is doable.

true but if you notice, the 3 and 4-storey shoplots are not linked. just like making show unit of typical DSL houses nia only thing this is 4-storey.

6 months can kautim lar linus kor...
in fact, 100 days also can kautim provided that the architect and C&S consultant feedback on discrepancies fast enough...

align... u have pre-comp plan fr the license surveyor... when the architect plan on the whole layout, everything should fall into it... and hence, the surveyor can plot out the area that u wanna built first to the accuracy of +- 5mm!

with CCC now, they do not even need the local authority to get CF for the building, the architect can sign off after everything completes.

therefore, 6 months for the sales gallery and office is DO-able...

On paper maybe, 24/7 like KLCC, 4 days 1 storey, but in reality, boleh jadi?

I see developer building show units already took >1 year. Even the interior + landscaping will take 4-6 mths.

But they really need the show house and office to be up, if they wanna sell....now, the sales office is miles apart, and no mock up show room. Good for investors, but for home buyers, not many will bite.

speed of the progress is actually very much related to the $$ involved. if developer is strong enough, C+S and M+E contractors can be extremely fast.
also we are talking about an empty shoplot. ID will be done for the GF only, while the rest can be slower.

linus kor, i myself personally did the yee seng heights sales gallery cum office in 6 months (all in including landscape) and along the way, i kena dengue... curse the dengue mozzie when i do land clearing for that area!
it's a 2 storey building sitting on a slope, about 370 sqm... with a nice viewing deck and some steps going up the slope... all in 5 months plus 1 month of landscaping and external works with some touch up after they start moving in...

we are currently building our new office building in maluri, kepong... a 4 storey buidling that started back in sept 08, due to move in in early march 09...

No lah, GF sales office, 1st floor, show unit I think. 3nd & 4th floor admin 0ffice and CEO mansion.

Anyway like i said, they need the onsite sales office and show office fast. There are only so many investors these days, they need to entice home buyers. The faster they sell out, maybe the earlier we can get our keys. salute

4 days per floor boleh jadi also...
if u look at those aluminium formworks at MK, they're doing 4 days per cycle... meaning per storey...

i personally have achieved 4 days per storey when it comes to typical floors for highrise... but it has to be system formwork lar, conventional tak boleh!

if TT does get its corporate office up in 6-mths time, then the entire development will get some much needed exposure.
it does bring a sense of commitment to prospects.

placement of "interest" only. Have not committed anything yet. The feedbacks from forums in the next few weeks (+ worlds economy movements) will determine my final decision on ZEST.

See if Cypress jumps the queue after CNY or not geek
