Yep hopefully Straits fills out with more family run diners, would like to see a good dim sum shop & hopefully a good italian and western diner. Seldom go to OTK. Starbucks would be great for caffeine fixes.

Yup. 100.01% better than Tropics Designer Suites, any condo in Bangsar, Mont Kiara, some even say KLCC.

TZ is the best! Best quality of finishing, best quality of design, most spacious, greenest condo in south east asia,#2 greenest in the world..

No doubt the ramp will increase/ unlock the Zest prices... just question of %...

E.g. what will happen to Riana Green subsales demand if SHC close the Sony Link Road?

Tamarind prices increased from RM280k to 340k after Sentul Link is opened.

I'm sure cheras & Loke Yew properties prices will trending up once the massive interchange and road improvement completed.

What will happen to Setia Alam IF SPSetia not bother to build the dedicate flyover and access from NKVE from its own fund? scratch

too many people expected too much. I always expect the worst and hope for the best.

As long as physically not there, to me, it will not be there.

So all those talk about LRT, to me colder than water. toothy10

Well, to be frank, I didnt know about the Ramp and LRT before I went to their sales office, which I am already 80% convinced which I will buy already.....I bought it before I came back to this forum, so I didnt really read anything about it.... study

I was about to book a unit in Atmosfera....

I was told about the ramp during booking... LRT was the later news after that.. if it comes, it will be a bonus salute

Zest was the lowest price interms of psft against other nearby development about 1.5 years ago...
